Returns/Repairs

Returned goods must meet the following requirements:

RMA document provided by Intronics
Copy of the original invoice
Clear description of the reason of return
Products must be in original packaging and in same condition as when shipped
All shipping costs and fees are prepaid by the customer

Returned goods not meeting these demands will not be accepted.
When goods are ordered incorrectly, these may be returned for refund within 6 days of purchase. These goods must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging and may not be returned with additional stickers, tape or addresses. An administration fee of €25.00 is charged for the refund of incorrectly ordered goods. After 6 days, returns are no longer possible.
