Recording and streaming in Video Studio Techlounge

The Tech.Lounge is a space created with the support of Agoria, an umbrella organization for technological companies.
The intention of Tech.Lounge was to unpack with the latest technologies so that they could offer more than the standard coworking workplaces. There was also the wish for a studio where companies can easily make video recordings without the need for a whole team. For this need they turned for help to Rambla, who turned to Intronics for help.

Pearl 2 heart of the video studio

The Pearl 2 was chosen as ideal system for easy recording and streaming videos. Intronics and Rambla have carried out several tests with the Pearl 2. Not only the right solution was found for Tech.Lounge during these tests, the Pearl 2 was also further developed. The Pearl 2 is now the heart of the Tech.Lounge video studio where all input and output sources come together. In the studio it’s easy to switch between camera, microphone, tablet, laptop, presentations and foreground and background. 

The software in the video studio, partly Epiphan Pearl 2 and partly Clevercast, make it possible to record, edit and stream video in just a few steps.
With a laptop the customer can choose a layout and background by using the green screen and the Pearl 2. It is also possible to show a picture or presentation during the recording. All this input; video, background, layout, presentation, picture en video, comes together at the Pearl 2. The Pearl2 then sends the information to the 4K displays, this makes it possible for the customer to immediately see wat content is recorded.

Clevercast is a SaaS platform for streaming, recording, editing and managing interactive video by companies. In addition to an enterprise platform for live and on-demand video Clevercast offers specific solutions for offering webinars, accredited e-learnings and secure video sharing to staff members. Its responsive HTML5 player, APIs and customizable workflows ensure seamless integration into any multiscreen surroundings. Clevercast is a product of Rambla BVBA.

About Tech.Lounge Brussels

Tech.Lounge has been part of BluePoint in Brussels since February 1, 2018. It is a coworking space equipped with the latest technological applications.
